Hello and Welcome!

My name is Ashley Jordan, Etiquette Coach and Founder of Cultured Conduct.

Growing up in a large family, manners and respect were more than just habits, they were the foundation of how we were expected to navigate the world. From an early age, I learned the power of thoughtful communication to be heard, consideration for others goes a long way, and the confidence that comes from presenting oneself with poise can make a difference in the outcomes I desired.

My time in the military further shaped who I am, instilling discipline, cultural awareness, and an understanding of how structure and respect can elevate both personal and professional interactions. These experiences became the cornerstone of my approach to teaching etiquette and personal professional development.

While earning my degree from Eastern Michigan University, I had the privilege of working closely with student-athletes, helping them develop essential life skills beyond the classroom and the playing field. From one-on-one coaching to dining and etiquette classes, I witnessed firsthand how small moments of confidence could transform a young person’s presence and further the possibilities for ample opportunities (personally and professionally).

In addition, I've had the esteemed honor of teaching dining and etiquette programs at the Detroit Athletic Club, recognized as the #1 Platinum Private Club in America, where I was able to refine my approach to professional settings and high-level social interactions.

Being a mother during the pandemic brought a new perspective: in a world where social skills and human connection are more important than ever, I felt a calling to help others thrive. My mission with Cultured Conduct is simple, to empower people of all ages to feel confident, capable, and comfortable in any setting, whether in life, at work, or at the table.

Through workshops, classes, and personalized coaching, I guide others to show up well in life, leaving great impressions and to feel their best doing it, because when manners meet confidence, doors truly open.  Taking time to refine your presence, will ultimately define your success in life.
